Our team of professional photographers & videographers are here to document your day so that you can relive the moment for years to come. There is a lot of stress behind the scenes, so don’t worry about the problems because we’ll be there to relieve your stress! You might think our goal is just to capture your beautiful day, but our team is also there to work with the bridal party to accommodate whatever you need. We’ve ironed veils for brides, fixed wardrobe malfunctions and most of all we happily help any way we can to keep that smile on your faces. We’re not just vendors, we’re your friends!
We know when planning a wedding you will be coordinating with different vendors. We wanted to provide a process visual for you that will help map out what to expect when working with us.
First things first, please fill out our questionnaire and we will let you know if we are available for your wedding date.
After we show you our packages and let you ask any questions, we will set up what we call a pre-Wedding consultation. We want to know more about your love story and to build a connection with you before the wedding. This can be done virtually or in person depending on everyone’s availability.
Wedding Timeline time. We know a lot of couples’ timelines will change a lot before the big day, but as soon as it’s finalized, send that on over. Whether it’s through the couple or the wedding planner, we want to ensure that we have all the details down to make your day as smooth as possible.
Remember, we’re here to embrace your beautiful day so enjoy your wedding without worrying about the behind the scenes! Feel free to ask us to capture anything while we are on site but for the most part we will be grabbing all the moments and details you don’t want to forget.
It can take anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks to complete your wedding film. We ask for your patience during this time and to reassure you it is worth the wait.
